Ari Riekes

Ari Riekes is a civil litigation attorney who concentrates in employment litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice and contract disputes.

Ari defends companies against claims of discrimination and other matters as well as advocating for employees who have suffered hostile work environments and wrongful terminations. He also represents individuals who have been injured due to no fault of their own in matters involving personal injury and medical malpractice. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants allows Ari to have a unique perspective when litigating a dispute.

As a lawyer and trained mediator, Ari combines strong advocacy with the ability to find pragmatic and creative ways for solving problems for his clients. He provides sound, practical legal advice from the onset of a case, first by listening to his clients and understanding their goals and concerns and then by pursuing a strategy to achieve a positive outcome. Throughout the entire litigation process, Ari is well prepared and communicates with his clients on complex legal matters in a straightforward way.

Ari is an Omaha native and graduated from Burke High School and earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law with honors.
