Fritz strives to be the embodiment of not only an attorney, but also a counselor for his clients. Fritz’s career focuses on representing businesses, divorce, estate planning, probate, and real estate. Fritz attempts to resolve the legal issues for clients by providing advice based upon his decades of experience both in practicing law, and in being associated with his family’s businesses. Fritz understands that each client’s problems are their most important issue, and he strives to timely and fully respond to their needs.
In addition to his practice at Gross Welch Marks Clare, Fritz assisted in the founding of Legal Netlink Alliance, a worldwide referral source for attorneys. This gives Gross Welch Marks Clare a resource nationwide and internationally to further assist our clients and others when matters arise outside the jurisdiction of Nebraska.
Outside the practice of law Fritz is a sports fan. His weekends are almost exclusively taken up by a small army of children and grandchildren and their various activities. Fritz and his wife have five children and eight grandchildren.
Fritz’s greatest asset will always be that his experience goes beyond the law itself, and because of this experience, he is able to bring insights and guidance that most lawyers do not have the ability to provide for their clients.
