In all aspects of his life, John McWilliams is focused on precision. As a result of his earliest legal mentors, John became a litigator focused on brief writing for multiple firms. Those same legal mentors taught John the importance of defending one’s reputation and being seen as an honorable member of the bar. These lessons have echoed throughout John’s career and are particularly set in how John approaches each case: honesty about prospects and being diligent in attaining the best possible outcome.

John’s precision goes beyond his practice of law. In his free time, John bakes complex desserts and engages in other hobbies that require intense focus and precision. Additionally, John spends his free time with his wife, daughter, and pack of dogs.

It is not surprising that John serves as a go-to writer, as he finds that place naturally. Prior to law school, he completed a Master’s degree in English, and but for practicing law he would almost certainly find himself teaching English now.
