Bill Lindsay has been a long-time attorney for estate planning and administration of estates and trusts. He has drafted numerous trusts over the years. Bill has handled matters in the United States Tax Court as well. Bill’s favorite compliment from a client was “I can understand my Will.”
In 2002, Bill was named as a fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Council. Lawyers are elected to be fellows based upon their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching, and participating in Bar activities. There are approximately 2,400 fellows from throughout the nation.
Bill has been very active in continuing legal education and in addressing needed changes in the law by legislation. He has served on the Nebraska State Bar Association Legislation Committee and has testified at many committee hearings before the Nebraska State Legislature.
